Andrea Spencer is a Registered Nurse who provides executive leadership and guidance for clinical care coordination while developing and sustaining a culture that supports quality care and strategic partners throughout the community. Following in her mother’s footsteps and several other relatives near and dear to her, she decided to begin a career in Nursing and has achieved her associate’s in applied science for Nursing. Andrea has over
25 years of medical experience holding various position. She began her clinical journey in New York city and then moved to Florida where she continued her career in Long Term
Care initially as a floor nurse and quickly moved up the ranks holding positions such as 3-11 supervisor, weekend supervisor, Unit Manager, Assistant Director of Nursing, Director
of Nursing, and ALF Administrator. She also has a Bachelors degree in accounting and is
very passionate about community outreach. She is actively involved in numerous
committees that aides the underserved as well as the senior population.
